Elizabeth is a Partner and Chief Executive Officer, and with her education in economics, HR, and management, she has a solid understanding of both the company’s financial management as well as employee development and organizational culture. Additionally, she has strong experience in optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring that everyone works together towards a common goal.

Jonas Hviid Mønster

Partner, Head of Business and Process Development

Jonas is Partner and Head of business and process development. As former CEO, client advisor, and construction architect, Jonas is a highly qualified collaborator, mastering strategic consultancy and offering expertise on complex building typologies with high security and safety requirements.

Jonas' expertise in high-security consultancy is strengthened by his active role in several Security Technical Expert networks.

As Design and Technical Director, Sonia manages APA’s comprehensive consultancy portfolio across all phases and in the delivery of all architectural services. Sonia specializes in high-security architecture and design, client advisory, and project management. She is experienced in navigating complex collaborative relationships involving various stakeholders, cultures, authorities, and technical experts.
