APA, in collaboration with NIRAS, has provided tenant consulting in connection with the selection and development of the project that will become Nykredit's upcoming headquarters at holm 8 in Nordhavn.

Together with NIRAS, APA has assisted Nykredit in evaluating incoming proposals from the pension funds that have been invited to bid on the project. APA has provided tenant consulting in the subsequent process, during which the project has been further developed by the winning team consisting of PLH Architects and AP Pension.

Additionally, APA continues to assist Nykredit as a consultant up to the main project phase, while VITA Ingeniører ApS is providing engineering consultancy.
The project involves the development of a larger building area at Holm 8, which will include Nykredit's headquarters covering 25,000 m² with space for 1,650 workstations, a multi-user building, a new headquarters for AP Pension, and an underground parking facility in the area. The total area of the buildings is 50,000 m².
