Forensic Psychiatric Center Glostrup

The new activity building at the Forensic Psychiatric Center Glostrup was established to address a pressing need for activity offerings specifically designed for the highly secured patient and detention group at Glostrup Hospital. Patients in this secured category cannot move freely or unsupervised outside their unit, previously limiting their access to the hospital’s general activity facilities. This purpose-built center now provides these patients with tailored opportunities for engagement and rehabilitation.

Aesthetically inspiring design

At its heart is a bright, spacious hall designed for activities such as badminton, ball games, and other communal pursuits. The seamless integration between existing facades and new wall surfaces ensures a high standard of aesthetic quality, enhancing the space’s visual appeal and therapeutic atmosphere.

Transparency and connectivity
